We will be offering a variety of mushrooms for your culinary delight during your share. Some of those varieties will be: Oyster mushrooms such as White, Blue, and Pink, as well as Toothed mushroom such as Lions Mane. Other fun varieties we will have are Italian and Freckled Chestnut.
